Villa 95 renovation project is located on a land of 550 square meters in the city of Tankabon and adjacent to the beautiful Do Hezar road.
Renovating an old villa and turning it into a modern villa without interfering and changing the structure and overall volume of the villa and optimizing the costs and speed of implementation was one of the general demands of the client.
In the first step, the spatial relations of the plan were modified based on the client’s wishes and in order to create spatial quality. The most important challenge of the plan was the inappropriate placement of the stairs connecting the space. The surrounding areas and the river adjacent to the project should be cut off.

By changing the location of the stairs and using maximum openings in the first layer and in the second layer by changing the internal walls and creating a terrace in harmony with the stairs and proper visibility, we created favorable spaces.
