Villa No.1

Villa No.1

In the formation of the narrative of the project, the entry point is the context in which the project is located; And the two elements of the mountain and the river above have the strongest influence on this narrative. A mass of volumes, which is an abstract of the volumes of the mountain and the surrounding rocks, make the whole design. The masses that have turned towards each other or turned their backs in response to the function and interacted with each other have made the overall volume. In the next step, the second element is the fluid movement of water above the project site, which enters the volumetric mass, splits it and moves in the middle void, and affects it and is affected by it, and finally in the pool. It stops moving on the lower floor. This created gap, which is formed by the abstract movement of the nearby river, forms the middle part of the middle section with natural stone material in hard and broken forms on both sides, which has a visual appearance both in terms of form and material in the outer space. And the interior of the project has appeared. In addition, the created gap introduces a beam of light into the volumetric mass, which during the day brings different spatial qualities with the play of light and shadow. The users are placed in the three main layers of comfort space, presence space and happiness space, each in action and reaction with each other. The presence section, which houses public uses, is located in the middle space and is a connecting and distancing element between the two parts of comfort (upper layer) and happy space (lower layer).
